Of course we hope you’ll love all items you order at Aesthetic Stories but don’t worry if that’s not the case, you can return or exchange our items easily. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return, even when you ordered items in sale. That’s your right of withdrawal. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. You have the right to cancel your order before we have even send it you.
Your right of withdrawal expires 30 days after:
* you received the item
* you received the last item from an order that exists of multiple sendings and articles
* you received the last part from an article that exists of multiple components
How can I pass along my wish to return or exchange?
You can use your right of withdrawal by sending us an email at email@example.com or by filling out our contact form on the website. Or you can use the modelform to return an item. This is not obligated; also without using this form you have the right of withdrawal.
Returning an item or exchanging the same item for a different color or size is possible within 30 days from the receiving date of your product(s) as long as the items you wish to return are unworn, unwashed, clean and still have their hangtags on.
You’ll get a full refund for items you wish to return. The costs of shipping a return or exchange are at your own expense, no matter your location. Note: it costs money to return or exchange an item or multiple items. Please check the DHL website (or another carrier’s website) to calculate possible shipping costs. The shipping costs depends upon the weight of the package and the location.
Do you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color? Then we will send you the new item(s) for free.
In case items are damaged when you receive them from us, please notify at firstname.lastname@example.org and preferably add pictures of the damaged goods. In most of these cases Aesthetic Stories pays for the return costs and send you new items for free, but this depends on the situation.
How to return or exchange?
Send within 30 days after receiving date of your item(s) a mail to email@example.com and note the following:
- The order number in the subject header
- The productname(s) of the item(s) you wish to return
- If you wish to get a refund or if you wish to exchange the item(s)
- In case you want to exchange items, note the productname, color and size of the new item(s) you wish you receive
- Pack your items in the original packaging and include a (copy) of the delivery note and send it to:

Note: the item(s) you wish to return are your responsibility till the moment we receive them. We therefore recommend you to send your package by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage.
Getting your refund
Once your return has been received in good condition we’ll send you a confirmation email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days on the bank account which is known to us. At peak times the refund process may take a little longer. In case you want to exchange items, we’ll send you the new items as soon as possible. See our shipping policy for more detailed information about delivery times.
When an item turns out to be faulty within the first six months after receiving it, we’ll repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, we’ll give you a refund. This happens only in case the damage is clearly caused by Aesthetic Stories. After the first six months, the burden of proof switches to you to prove the fault you’ve found was present at the time you purchased the goods online.
